I know Aptera in California has been taking orders for cars to hit the roads by summer, but only in the US so far: http://www.aptera.com/

Update re the bikes i wil be selling in Central London, they will now be the Zero Motorcycle range (www.zeromotorcycles.com) and the Hesketh range (www.heskethmotorcycles.net) Garage to open in March.
