e-bikes for europe

hello, i´m currently in china and found here more and more e-bikes. they run very fast and abolutely silent and of course zero emmissions. for example my way to daily work is 10km and it takes me with normal bike 20-25min, but when i arrive and i have the wind in front of me (which is very often :-) i swet and i have to change my dress but with e-bike it will be easy and i can leave the car at home and don´t need benzine. unfortunately the e-bikes are very expensive in germany. i checked the quality of e-bikes here and found reliable producers. of course the companies which sell these bikes in europe want to make profit. so my idea is that the "community better place" can sell the bikes to the members without or low profit. or we build up a kind of fond and everyone get in some amount and we can buy the e-bikes here containerwise, bring them to europe and delivery them to the european members. what´s your ideas ?
