It would have been ideal but in order for BP to succeed the project needs to be economical. The world has an ample supply of gas, with major discoveries announced on a regular basis, forcing the price down (see NYSE: UNG for U.S. Gas).

Carolin never called so I deleted her off the page. Just moving on. She has the Zenn group to help her now....they are creating a nice network.
Lots of events this week....had planned to focus on the bikeboard... oh well... I learned really cool things since I was more available to meet people and talk about THEIR fascinating projects. Just meant to be :-)
Glad you can work together on this. It takes a global village to have good experiences with scooters and bikeboards, young people and their spontaneity considered. Must be used in the bike lane to avoid risky fast approach for pedestrians in many cities. The huge well-established cycle industry will be allies to your cause with bike lanes. Lots of examples in Portland and Santa Cruz. It's not about a popularity contest, it's about best practices for bike lane diplomacy. You might save years of work since they are now 20 years into the process and many of their writings are on line. You might look at Portland, Oregon's group mentioned on that same page. One step at a time.

Clinton is making her first visit to the Mideast as the top U.S. diplomat. Speaking to reporters Tuesday, she said pursuit of a peace agreement that includes a Palestinian state "seems inescapable."
Clinton says the U.S. "will be vigorously engaged in the pursuit of a two-state solution every step of the way."
She spoke alongside Israeli Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni ahead of a meeting later in the day with Prime Minister-designate Benjamin Netanyahu.
Netanyahu's criticism in the past of peace talks with the Palestinians and the possibility of Palestinian independence has raised concerns that his new government could clash with the U.S
