I sure agree. But think why vehicles have grown. Due to inadequate and effective transport system exepting very few countires. But Will electric cars be an analternative. Since it also requires power for charging for which some one some where is burning some form of fuel and heating up and polluting the earth. Also what to do with the used up batteries. We should think of the recycling process/resources also when ever an alternate is thought of. Plan the city with residence , works and other utilities in such a way that we need not commute much. If required use only public transport syste. Petrol or Diesel vehicles shopuld be limited to the bearest minumum wher nothing else will do. Incidently will the earth collopse if we keep on taking gas , oil and water and creat a void under the earth. Or will it lead to more earth quakes.
